Refund policy

• Return Policy

You are free to cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet, but once shipped, all orders are final (refunds and exchanges are unavailable).

If there is a problem with your order then please contact me and I'll work with you to resolve the issue.

• Unclaimed Packages

Packages which reached the customer's destination but aren't claimed within 14 days, will be returned us and we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover packaging, import tax and return shipping.

No refunds are acceptable if you don't want the package anymore.

• Forgotten Packages

Tracking for packages is expired after 2 months. If you've forgotten about your order without contacting me about it during that time period, I can’t help you after that and no refunds will be available.

• Digital Products
  

Because orders with digital books are instantly fulfilled and sent out to customer, there is no room for refunds.
