Please read before confirming your order:

● Please ensure you have entered all lines of your address correctly and included all details necessary to ensure delivery to the exact address. Failure to do so will result in cancelling and refunding your order.
● Provide your real name
● Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel or change it.
● Orders that include Pre-order items will be shipped together after the release date.

After you place order:

● When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Check your spam/junk inbox if you didn't receive the e-mail. It's important to whitelist the e-mail to receive updates regarding your order, including tracking number when it's shipped.
● Additional local charges (Customs duties and fees + Import Tax) may occur and it's the customer's sole responsibility.

 

🚚 SHIPPING METHODS: There are currently two shipping methods: DHL Express (Recommended) and EMS International.

📋 SHIPPING RATES: Visit this page to get a rough estimation of the rates.

📦 DISPATCH: All orders are processed and picked up by the shipping company within 1-4 business days.

✈️ TRACKING: If your order is shipped with DHL Express, you will be e-mailed a link to fully track the package with an estimated time of delivery. If your order is shipped with EMS, you can track it using 17track.net. It'll need 1-2 business days for the information to be updated on the system.

📫 DELIVERY TIME: 2-7 business days from the time of dispatch. The expected delivery time is based on normal service. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.

👮‍♂️ CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

❌ WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If we noticed that your address is wrong/incomplete upon playing order, we will cancel and refund and you're free to re-order with a correct complete address.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address and you will be charged $13 fee for wrong address (fee imposed by the courier).
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

💤 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.
